Refund policy

At TS Kickstart, we strive to deliver quality products and excellent service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Fulfilment & Refunds

• Orders are processed within 10 business working days.

• A refund may only be requested if your order has not been fulfilled within 12 business working days.

• Due to high demand, fulfilment may in rare circumstances take longer than 12 working days.

• Refund requests must be submitted via email to: tskickstart@gmail.com
  Refunds are processed only after internal review and approval.

2. Sneakers

• Exchanges are allowed only if the sneakers are:

  • Completely unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

• Customers are responsible for all delivery costs when requesting an exchange.

• Worn, damaged, or used sneakers will not be accepted.
